Delegate Smigiel (left) and Delegate
Sossi (right) welcome U.S. Senator Ben Cardin to Elkton to
inspect the areas affected by flooding of the Little Elk
River.
It is hoped that a joint effort by the State Delegation
and the Senator and Congressman Gilchrest will help eliminate
a majority of the flooding problems in the downtown Elkton
area.
